Tried this today and Dad & I really enjoyed it - it gave the meal the flavor that I had been missing! Plus the recipes I had tried always put the veggies on the bottom and the potatoes were always pretty soggy - this works much better. And I live with a Whole Foods in my town too. And they do have good fresh herbs. But they don't carry a lot of things (probably no demand) and I often have to resort to ordering some items online. Still, with some recipes I have to go to 3 stores to put it together. Who has the time? I am not really complaining- we are spoiled. Europeans go from specialty store to specialty store to get a meal together- I know 'cause my daughter lived there for 6 years. At least we have good weather to do the driving in. I know, I know.
